EARLY DECISION APPLICATION
Early Decision Application Fee: $20 Accepted from Jan. 5 through to Jan 30 Applicants are accepted on a first come first serve basis Acceptance Letters are mailed within 3 business days of receipt of complete application package Early Applicants are encouraged to apply to LIVFund for $500 Scholarship Award during the January Competition. Please contact OSEA staff for more information	Complete Application must include all forms, transcripts, recommendations and: 1. Non-RefundableEarly Application Fee of $20 via paypal 2. Non-Refundable Registration Payment of $200 via personal check Benefits of Early Application: Early Decision Applicants receive a $100 reduction of Registration Fee and a $100 Tuition Reduction on Payment of Balance due

APPLICATION Deadline & Fees

Application Fee: $32 by paypal Regular Application Deadline February 13 Applicants are accepted on a first come first serve basis Notification of Acceptance into Program by February 17 Applicants must confirm their acceptance and submit Registration Payment within 10 days of acceptance, that is by February 27.

Late Application Fee: $37 by Paypal Late Applications are accepted beginning February 17 Open Submission/Rolling Acceptance until roster is filled Notification is made within 3-5 days Late Applications must include Non-Refundable : 1) Late Application Fee (payment via Paypal) and 2) Personal or Cashier's check for Program Registration Fee of $300 (check is not deposited unless applicant is accepted into Program)

REGISTRATION PAYMENT: Due February 27 Registration Fee is required to Confirm Participation & Guarantee Enrollment on Roster
OSEA Direct Enrollment Total Tuition & Fees: $3,700	Registration Payment: $300

PAYMENT OF BALANCE OF PROGRAM COSTS: May 4
OSEA Direct Enrollment Regular Applicant Early Applicant Tuition Differed Partial Payment Plans Are Available through special request; Contact OSEA Director	Payment of Balance: $3,400 Payment of Balance: $3,300

Registration Late Fee: $30	Late Fee on Payment of Balance: $50
2% additional late fees are assessed if amount not paid within 3 days after due date
