Schedule of Fees for current year 2014
All fees must be paid or received in US dollars.

EARLY DECISION ENROLLMENT

Early Decision Enrollment Fee: $35 Accepted from Dec. 20 2013 to Jan 20, 2014 Acceptance Letters are emailed within 4 business days of receipt of complete application package Applicants are encouraged to investigate Financial Aid and summer research/travel grants through their home university as early as possible

Complete Enrollment must include all forms, transcripts, recommendations and: 1. Non-Refundable Early Decision Enrollment Fee of $35 via Paypal to paypal@osea-cite.org 2. Non-Refundable Registration Deposit        Payment of $300 via personal check        [or: $330 if paid via Payal for handling fees] Benefits of Early Decision Enrollment: Early Decision Applicants receive $300 Tuition Reduction (off of regular tuition rate)

Regular Application Application Enrollment Fee: $35 by Paypal Regular Application Deadline February 22 Notification of Acceptance into Program within 3 working /weekdays Non-Refundable Registration Deposit of $300 must be submitted in personal or cashier's check at time of submission of Enrollment Application This Registration Deposit Confirms Participation and Guarantees Enrollment	Late Application Late Enrollment Fee: $45 by Paypal Late Applications are accepted starting March 2, until roster is filled. Notification is made within 3 business days Late Applications must include: 1) Late Application Fee of $45 (payment via Paypal) and 2) Personal or Cashier's check for Non-Refundable Registration Deposit Fee of $400 →If paid by Paypal please add $25 for total of $435 US

PAYMENT OF BALANCE OF PROGRAM COSTS: May 6

Balance: $2,700 -- total of $3000 Balance: $3,000 -- total of $3300 Balance: $2,900 -- total of $3300 1. Payment of the above amounts if paid by personal or cashier's check 2. Additional service fee of $130 to payment if paying via Paypal 3. Advance arrangement of 7 days is required to make a Bank to Bank Bill Payment for no Fee. 4. Please add $20 service fee to the amount if you wish make a Direct Wire Transfer from a US bank. $45 from a non US bank.

LATE FEES on Late Payments of Registration and Balance
Late Fee on Payment of Registration Deposit: $50 Direct Wire Transfer Deposit is required for all Late Payments of Balance.	Late Fee on Payment of Balance: $75 Direct Wire Transfer Deposit is required for all Late Payments and must be arranged via telephone.
2% additional late fees are assessed if amount not paid within 3 days after due date
