OSEA’s Application Process

Each OSEA program has a separate application form. The process, however is basically the same. No application will be considered without submission of all the materials, documents, and fees.

OSEA seeks to transform the application process into a online activity, including the submission of fees. Some supporting documents and materials will require traditional mailing through the postal service.
Applicants should read carefully the instructions for each program to ensure a timely review of materials.

Application Materials

Application materials for each of the OSEA programs are available in two formats on the web site: a downloadable PDF to be mailed to OSEA; and an online/electronic application. It does not matter which format you choose, or if you or your references choose to submit forms in multiple formats (i.e., a combination of printed pdf or online forms).

Our PDF forms are designed with text fields for you to input your information directly into the document and then print the final copy. The electronic application must be filled out and submitted in one setting. Given this, we recommended that, regardless of which format you choose, you review the forms in advance to prepare your responses. Both formats allow you to paste text from any word processing document in the established fields. If you have the full version of Adobe Acrobat, you may save your file and submit it via email. Further instructions for this process are available in the Download Application section.

Payment Process
As of November 15, 2004 OSEA has restructured the Payment Process to simplify and provide greater payment options. See our new Payment Options

Notification
Applicants will receive notification of their application by email within 7 days of receipt of all Application materials and fees.
