PAYMENT OF BALANCE OF PROGRAM COSTS: December 20, 2004
Housing & Activities Fee: $1,550	Tuition Balance: $2,450	Second Payment of Balance: $4,000

LATE FEES (If payment not received on date indicated in calendar)
Registration Late Fee: $50	Late Fee: $150
2% additional late fees are assessed if amount not paid within 3 days after due date

CANCELLATION (prior to program initiation)
Cancellation Fee: $750 If written cancellation is received before December 20, 2004	Cancellation Fee: $1,500 If written cancellation is received after December 20 and before January 3, 2005
