Application Instructions
This is a five-part and three-page Application. Please respond to
the questions to the best of your ability. If there is any additional
information you wish to share, please include it in the “comments”
section at the end of the Application.
To submit your Application, please save your file as a Word document
and email it to apply@osea-cite.org.
When saving the file, please include your first initial and last
name in the file name (For example: “OSEA_Workshop_EJansen.doc”).
Application Fee
To ensure that application transactions are processed in a timely
manner, we strongly encourage applicants to use internet payment
of the application fee.
Online Payment for Application Fee Only
OSEA uses paypal to receive payments for your convenience. If you
are not already a paypal user, please consider the benefits of opening
an account at www.paypal.com
This process will take five minutes and only requires information
about your bank account. Payments are made directly from the bank
account unless you choose to use a credit card. You may add credit
card information to the account if you prefer to have payments made
from your credit card. Once you have opened an account you can immediately
begin to use it.
Payment Instructions
Please use the SEND MONEY feature on the top menu bar in your account
at the PayPal web site.
Use “quetzil@osea-cite.org” as the recipient.
Use message space to communicate any specific instructions.
You will receive a receipt from PayPal for this transaction.
Application Deadlines
Applications are accepted beginning February 5 through April 10,
2005 on a first come, first served basis.
Notification of acceptance is within 7 days of receipt of the completed
Application and Application Fee.
Payments for the Writer’s Workshop
Advance Registration Fee & Deposit of $300 is required within
10 business days of notification of acceptance.
Balance is due no later than May 20, 2005.
Payment Options for the Workshop
OSEA accepts payments for the Writer’s Workshop using the

Please call us for account information. There is a $15 wire transfer
fee.

3. PayPal
If you would like to pay by credit card, you may do so through PayPal.
However, please note there is an additional 3% fee to offset PayPal
fees. For example, to pay the $300 deposit participants must pay
