Checklist
Winter Quarter Applicants
A complete Application packet must include all of the following documents:
- Main Application Form
- Two Letters of Recommendation
- Spanish Language Proficiency Form
- Copy of Transcripts (can be copies of official complete transcripts
that show coursework for college career)
- Application and Processing Fee ($35 early application, $45 after
program application deadline)
Summer Field School Applicants
A complete Application packet must include all of the following documents:
- Main Application Form
- Two Letters of Recommendation
- Spanish Language Proficiency Form
- Copy of Transcripts (can be copies of official complete transcripts
that show coursework for college career)
- Application and Processing Fee ($30 early application, $40 after
program application deadline)
Spring Ethnography Writer’s Workshop
A complete Application packet must include all of the following documents:
Application Fees can be paid by the following
three options
1. Use the send money feature on your paypal account at www.paypal.com
to quetzil@osea-cite.org
2. Send a check made payable to “OSEA” and mail to:

3. Direct wire transfer/deposit can be arranged for an additional
fee of $15. Please contact us to confirm arrangements.

and is not available for payment of registration, tuition and activities.
