Sustainable Community Tourism Projects



2015 Projects — Teams and Partners:

Yokdzonot Team:
Helenk Rubin de Celis, Jake Keller and Julian Carrillo worked with Zaaz K'ale'en Haa Yokdzonot to develop destination branding of an Ecological Adventure and Maya Wellness Center

Pisté Loncherias Team:
Nick Johnson, Jessica Medina and Edy Dzidz worked with family run restaurants to develop menus and online presence on TripAdvisor. Partners are Loncherias Fabiola, Los Arcos and the Gran Chaya located downtown Pisté on the main plaza or k'íiwik

Loncheria Project
Jessica and Nick worked with three loncherias or small family run restaurants located in the building called Los Arcos on the south side of Downtown Plaza of Pisté K'í. They worked with the Loncheria Fabiola, Los Arcos, and La Chaya to develop branding in re-designed menus and marketing on TripAdvisor

Los Arcos.
