Registration Late Fee: $50	Late Fee on Payment of Balance: $150
2% additional late fees are assessed on the amount due for every 7 days payment is late after initial due date

CANCELLATION (prior to program initiation)
Cancellation Fee: $300.00 If written cancellation is received before May 2, 2011	Cancellation Fee: $1000 If written cancellation is received after May 1 and before May 10, 2011
