Registration Late Fee: $50	Late Fee on Payment of Balance: $150
2% additional late fees are assessed on the amount due for every 7 days payment is late after initial due date

CANCELLATION (prior to program initiation)
Cancellation Fee: $300 If written cancellation is received after February 26 and before April 28, 2011	Cancellation Fee: $700 If written cancellation is received after April 28 and before May 10, 2011
