FOR
ALL PROGRAMS
No refund of tuition or home-stay/activities fees are available
for withdrawal: from Ethnography Writer’s Workshop on
or after May 29, 2004; for the Summer Program on or after July
12, 2004; for the Winter Quarter 2005 after January 21, 2005.
All cancellations and withdrawals must be made in writing to
the Director(s) of OSEA and must be received by 5pm on day of
the deadline indicated.
In case of cancellations and withdrawals, any refunds that may
be available will be disbursed within 30 days after the date
of the termination of the OSEA Program from which the participant
withdrew or cancelled.
In case of dismissal, no refunds are granted regardless of the
date of the termination of the students participation in the
program. Any potential refunds are forfeited by the student
dismissal and no refund of tuition or fees (home-stay &
activities) will be made.
In cases of direct wire-transfer of funds into OSEA account,
a $20 service charge must be added to the total cost.
