Advance Deposit	Non-Refundable Registration Fee guarantees enrollment on roster & confirms participation	within 10 days of  Acceptance
Orientation Meeting (remote)	For confirmed participants in all programs	week of March 9
Late Orientation Meeting (remote)	For Late Applicants (date to be arranged in April)	TBA
Release Forms	hard copies mailed to OSEA and scannned copies in one pdf sent by email as attachment	May 10
Program Costs	all fees, costs, and tuition must be received by this date to avoid Late Fees	May 10
