Deadlines:
For 2009 Heritage Ethnography Field School, must be received by April 10, 2009

Persons who do not submit all complete forms prior to departure understand that they will be prohibited from participation in the program and that the costs that this may incur will be the sole responsibility of the person who has not submitted all necessary forms to allow for their participation.
