EARLY DECISION APPLICATION
Early Decision Application Fee: $25 Submission Date for Application is Tuesday January 5, 2010 Notification of Decision by January 12 Early Decision Applicants receive a $200 discounted tuition	Application must include all forms, transcripts, recommendations and two (personal or bank) checks for: 1. Non-Refundable Application Fee of $20 2. Non-Refundable Registration Payment of $200

APPLICATION Deadline & Fees
Application Fee: $30 by paypal Regular Application Deadline February 9, 2010 Notification of Acceptance into Program by February 16, 2010 Applicants must confirm their acceptance and submit Non-Refundable Registration payment within 10 days of acceptance	Late Application Fee: $35 by paypal Late Applications are accepted beginning February 16, 2010 Open Submission/Rolling Acceptance until roster is filled. Notificiation within 5 days. Late Applications must include Non-Refundable Late Application Fee & a separate check for Program Registration Fee (check is not deposited unless applicant is accepted into Program).

REGISTRATION PAYMENT: Due March 1, 2010 Non-Refundable Registration Fee is required to Confirm Participation & Guarantee Enrollment
OSEA Direct Enrollment Total Tuition & Fees: $3,700	Registration Payment: $300 Non-Refundable

PAYMENT OF BALANCE OF PROGRAM COSTS: April 30, 2010
OSEA Direct Enrollment	Second Payment of Balance: $3,400 Partially Refundable, See Withdrawal Policy

LATE FEES (If payment not received on date indicated in this schedule)
Registration Late Fee: $50	Late Fee on Payment of Balance: $150
2% Additional Late Fees are assessed and accumulated after every 3 days after published due date
