OSEA Schedule of Fees and Payments,
for Heritage Ethnography Field School

Schedule of Fees for current year 2012 and 2013
All fees must be paid in US dollars.

EARLY DECISION APPLICATION

Early Decision Enrollment Fee: $35
Accepted from Jan. 5 through to Jan 30
Applicants are accepted on a first come first serve basis
Acceptance Letters are mailed within 3 business days of receipt of complete application package

Early Applicants are encouraged to apply to LIVFund for $500 Scholarship Award during the January Competition. Please contact OSEA staff for more information

Applicants are encouraged to investigate Financial Aid and summer research/travel grants through their home university

Complete Application must include all forms, transcripts, recommendations and:

1. Non-Refundable Early Decision Enrollment Fee of $35 via Paypal
2. Non-Refundable Registration Deposit
       Payment of $200 via personal check [or: $210 if paid via Payal]

Benefits of Early Application:
(A) Early Decision Applicants receive a $100 reduction of Registration Fee if Submitted with the Application and
(B) $100 Tuition Reduction on Payment of Balance Due paid on May 6

Notification of Acceptance into Program within 5 working days

Regular Deadline Applicants must confirm their acceptance and submit Registration Deposit within 7 days of receipt of acceptance letter
Registration Confirms Participation and Guarantees Enrollment

Late Application

Late Enrollment Fee: $45 by Paypal
Late Applications are accepted beginning March 1, 2012
Open Submission/Rolling Acceptance until roster is filled
Notification is made within5 business days

Late Applications must include:
1) Late Application Fee of $37 (payment via Paypal) and
2) Personal or Cashier's check for Registration Deposit Fee of $300
        If paid by Paypal please add $15 for total of $315 US


REGISTRATION PAYMENT
Due February 27 or within 10 days of acceptance into program
Registration Fee is required to Confirm Participation & Guarantee Enrollment on Roster

OSEA Direct Tuition, Fees, Homestay: $3,700

Registration Deposit: $300 paid by
Personal or Cashier's Check; or Direct Wire Deposit


PAYMENT OF BALANCE OF PROGRAM COSTS: May 6

LATE FEES on Late Payments of Registration and Balance
Late Fee on Payment of Registration Deposit: $50

Direct Wire Transfer Deposit is required for all Late Payments.

2% additional late fees are assessed if amount not paid within 3 days after due date
