Application Checklist

A complete Application packet must include all of the following documents:
  • Main Application Form (online application)
  • Two Letters of Recommendation
  • Spanish Language Proficiency Form
  • Copy of Transcripts (can be copies of official complete transcripts that show coursework for college career), including statement of GPA
  • Application and Processing Fee ($25 early application, $35 late application)

Application Fees can be paid by the following three options
1. Use the send money feature on your paypal account at www.paypal.com to quetzil@osea-cite.org

2. Send a check made payable to “OSEA” and mail to:

3. Direct wire transfer/deposit can be arranged for an additional fee of $15. Please contact us to confirm arrangements.
